Challenge:

Before retaining Pivotal Internet, the development company had undertaken a traditional corporate identity project and was given the typical set of standards and guidelines. However, the developments marketing communications and advertising were still fragmented and lacked a consistent communications platform.
Solution:

To ensure the consistent interpretation of Enclave’s positioning in all communications initiatives, we developed a set of recommendations for the look and feel/tone and manner of this luxury residential community. In addition, we developed an easily managed guidebook for the company’s decentralized marketing teams.
Results:

The new branding program has helped to ensure that Enclave at North Pointe stands above the rest as the place to live. Equally important, the streamlining of the marcom resulted in substantial cost savings in marketing expenditures for the developer and has had immeasurable market impact in sales at the Enclave properties.
