As an upstart magazine in the highly competitive entertainment sector, Rocket Magazine required a simple, high-impact brand mark to convey the publications rockin’ attitude and true to life street credentials.
Solution:

Develop a new brand identity that would stand alone and make a strong cross-media statement. A bold, visually compelling star was splashed with orange and mated to a custom typeface and was rendered in multiple angles in a 3-D application.
