Challenge:

Regional magazines come and go. More often than not, it’s the latter. The publishers of Southeast Magazine wanted to hit the market hard and stick around for the long haul with a best-in-class publication that would leave the competition in the dust.
Solution:

Pivotal Internet was retained to develop a magazine that spoke to the affluent set and was more likely to become a coffee table centerpiece than a litterbox liner. After doing extensive research, we build Southeast as a brand from the ground up developing not just the masthead, but extensive marcom architecture guides to ensure the branding was enforced.
Results:

The buzz began when the comp issues began circulating and regional advertisers lined up for a spot in the upcoming issues. The Southeast brand is readily identifiable and fast becoming an icon among readers and advertisers alike, with sales exceeding all expectations.
