Challenge:

Creating functional glass art objects on the scale Firelight Studio does, presents several challenges. One needs to now only view the many color and finish options available, but also the sheer size of these items. Since the site will be developed as a wholesale only practice, product data had to be readily available and the verbiage had to speak to the interior design market.
Solution:

Since the products featured are all of an organic nature, the site design followed suit using earthy tones and soft colors to set off the firey glass effects in each piece. To keep the site clean, limited product data would be presented and comprehensive PDF data sheets would be downloadable for each SKU. Multiple item finish options were programmed into each product page, allowing users to select among many versions.
Results:

The Firelight site made a huge impact on the company’s bottom line from the start. No longer having to ship multiple pieces around the world to show designers their product, Firelight was now able to direct their clients to the site for all the information they could ever want.
