Challenge:

Jeffrey’s Tea International had a unique product and a large regional customer base, though no method of reaching out to new consumers. The company needed a solid web presence that would not only spread the word about their exquisite hand blended teas, but allow online purchases for both retail and wholesale clients.
Solution:

Having developed the company’s brand architecture, Pivotal Internet had an intimate, working knowledge of the company and it’s products. Leveraging the brands ‘seasonal’ positioning would require building the entire site with four separate themes that would all reflect the truly organic flavor of the site, while simultaneously offering a wealth of information and an efficient ecommerece platform.
Results:

The completed Jeffrey’s Tea site was truly built to order with four seasonal themes that automatically updated as the new blends rolled out. Under the hood the site features an extensive, cross-site calendar controlled by our proprietary content management system. The addition of the JeffreysTea.com store brought Jeffrey’s line of tea and tea accessories to an international market and was directly attributed to skyrocketing sales.
