AZ SUE AND PIVOTAL INTERNET LAUNCH FOUNTAINHILLSLAND.COM!

Check out FountainHillsLand.com, our newest project for Fountain Hills, Arizona realtor Sue Milgrove Traweek used in her marketing of a premium homesite / investment property.

We whipped up a matching printed flyer and e-mail blast as well; both took heavy cues from the web presence but were naturally tweaked to work well in their respective mediums.

Finally, sharp eyes will note that the web presence is awfully darned similar to AZ Sue's own website, and that's not by accident; Ms. Traweek explicitly requested that we stick with a similar design but simply change color scheme; her goal is to stick with a consistent , unwavering look throughout her portfolio of websites so that there's an instant sense of familiarity and natural tie-in between them all.

REALTOR "AZ SUE" CHOOSES PIVOTAL INTERNET FOR AZSUE.COM

The market is more challenging than it's ever been for realtors, to say the least -- real estate agents need to do everything possible to make their listings (and personal sites) stand out from the crowd. As such, Pivotal Internet has been gearing up a new offering particularly targeted toward realtors -- an all-in-one realty marketing package of sorts. Look for more specifics on this in the near future.

Meanwhile, as our first real-world example, Fountain Hills, AZ-based Realtor Sue Milgrove Traweek selected us for a series of site developments with matching print collateral as well ... We got the ball rolling with a design of her own site, AZSue.com. Simple but effective, and the site includes an integrated search feature to find properties listed with the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS).
