Challenge:

A booming economy led to the potential for a rapidly growing customer base of Event Sense, a leading provider of event planning services. Increased competition for those customers, however, necessitated that Event Sense quickly and clearly articulate and project its brand.
Solution:

Our first objective was to develop a succinct and differentiating positioning for Event Sense. Once this strategic element was complete, Pivotal Internet was charged with developing a coherent and forceful identity system that clearly articulated the positioning to current and potential markets.
Results:

After developing the brand strategy and the new company positioning statement, a corporate identity and tagline were developed, followed by the creation of a new brand architecture and a simplified system of product and service names to ensure the continued impact of the new brand. The Pivotal Internet solution delivered transformed Event Sense from a company perceived as ‘another event planner’ to the company to work with.
